Like a koi to Irish waters
A group of koi swam peacefully beneath a duck in the Irish Hunger Memorial pond over the weekend. The Japanese fish “just appeared there one day” and have been feeding on the pond’s vegetation since, said Brian Krapf, spokesperson for the Battery Park City Parks Conservancy.
